The highlight of this afternoon's photo tour will be Preah Khan, a vast monastic temple complex from the 12th century. For photographers, Preah Khan would be their first choice if they had only one temple in Angkor to visit. Here, visitors can behold intricate carvings with beautiful colors, explore atmospheric locations with the sounds of the jungle in the air. Capture massive roots take back their land from the crumbling temple ruins. You'll have the opportunity to wander through endless corridors and uncover some of the hidden secrets of the temple that most people miss.
During the golden hour, we will stop briefly at Bayon to see its giant smiling faces illuminated. The sun disappearing behind Angkor Thom's moat could also be the very last stop.
The program is somewhat flexible, and I am happy to adjust the content according to your photographic interests.
