Countryside Sunrise

This tour is all about the fascinating colors of sunrise above an Angkorian reservoir built by the Kings of Angkor during the 11th century. If you want to see sunrise in a different perspective, out of the beaten path, Sunrise at the Countryside Tour is definitely for you. Quite distinctive compared to the famous Angkor Wat Sunrise, this tour will undeniably amaze you with unadulterated wonders of nature. Breathtaking hues of the morning light reflecting on a vast lagoon is one of the most stunning landscapes that you can find and is absolutely out of the ordinary. You will get the chance to capture silhouette of fishermen on their boats in the middle of the reservoir with the golden sunrise as your backdrop. If you have a GoPro, you can also record a time-lapse of the sun rising on the horizon. There are specific months during the year when you can see local people working on the paddy fields which are just wonderful subjects to photograph. We will continue the tour by visiting a pagoda when you will have a glimpse of the life of novice monks in Cambodia. It will be followed by some countryside local markets where there will be many opportunities for portrait and food photography. We will end this tour by a guided visit at a silk farm where you will learn about the cycle of the silkworm and will have the opportunity to take many pictures.
